where is the timing equip? in the trailer?
and are the bat-trees charged up in the radios? they are always handy

Radios will be charged and timing lights are in the trailer also.

do we have someone that knows how to operate the timing Sat morning?
I dont.

I can operate the timing stuff but not the computer part of it.

I know how to set up timer and display. I also know how to operate the computer for timing / scoring. However I do not know how to set up the WiFi and get programs started. Brian usually takes the computers home with him. All the other equipment stays on the trailer.

Are we doing live timing on our website? Just wondering because they're not registering thru MSR are they? If not would we have to manually put them in the system? I'm not sure exactly how it all works but I know Brian imports the registrations from one to the other.

OK we should be good without the computers then. Are the Mopar people giving away prizes or anything that we would have to keep track of people's time manually or are they doing it just as a demonstration event?

So we probably need to write down the times some how if they have fast time prizes.
