We will have to work the waiver table all day on Wednesday and need some volunteers to help support that and I will have a canopy and a small inverter with a big fan at that location to help keep everyone cool, so if you can help us out and work the waiver table some please post up and we will get a sheet started with what ever times you can assist with. If I could jump in, unlike last year we need to put some time slots to this so that it's not "I thought so and so was working it". Here's a spreadsheet that I made. Please type your name in for the slots you want. Everything in green is needed. That's exactly what I was going to do when I saw how many signed up to help out on the waiver table, but I needed to know who was going to help.

How many hours at a time do we want to schedule someone?

I would like for it to be only 1 hour at a time as it will be hot!

Since we're staying on site put us down for the 6-7am shift to begin with.

Yeah that's fine. I have the sheet divided into 30 minute increments to account for competition days since everyone will have to take turns walking course, car prep, etc.

I put Mona in for 7 to 8 AM. She can work more if needed.

I can't seem to add from my phone, if someone would go ahead and put us down for all the 6-7 morning shifts that'd be fine. No use anyone getting there that early when we'll be there already.
