The LCA's and braces get into really strange parts of the rules in the higher prep classes and there are several details that can change which class depending on the specifics of the part. To me it seems like it could be an SP car, but the details of the mods would be crucial.

Regardless, for a novice, I'd probably start them in SP because EP is full-on slicks

Edit after reading Chris's post:
Without seeing them, I suspect the subframe and possibly LCAs could be beyond SP. His tires are 280tw and I'm sure he doesn't want to be in a Prepared class.

Since he has the OEM Y5 engine he could actually run STS  The LCAs are allowed in ST under 14.8.H. The tie-bar/subframe brace is allowed in ST under 14.2.G

That front lip, rear bumper cut, and side-skirts technically dump him in SP, though. Also, if he doesn't have a high-flow cat or any cat that will also bump him out of STS.

Pretty sure you still can't cut the bumpers in SP.

You can't add side skirts in SP either.

We need this creation to pass tech and at that time decide, too much BS going on.
