menu for nationals

Post by jcox07 »

If you are signed up and going to nationals, I will be cooking again this year and the menu will be Filet one night, pork tenderloin one night, catfish one night, chicken and green beans and taters and corn will be the sides and I am sure other stuff for lunch and such. So if you are going and want to eat post up if you want to eat and when you will be there so I know how much meat to get.

We'll run and grab what we need at the IGA.

I think we might plan on downtown a couple of nights this time. It was pretty fun. We'll have Monday up in the air, but otherwise, Mazda on Tues, Banquet Wed, Metallica Thursday, Banquet/Leave Friday

We didn't get to have any input on that this year as they think they have it fixed again this year.

To be fair, the taco bar was pretty legit, IMO.

I guess my expectations for banquet food are pretty low. It has always been fine with me.

My expectation on banquet food isnt much since it's free. That said, I have had better.

We will probably be similar to Chris and Mish on food. Chasity wants a date night.

I’m also going to check out downtown this year. Haven’t experienced the local scene yet at Nationals. We are out after Wednesday banquet.

Sign us up for ALL THE STEAK.

Actually we should be joining in for everything but catfish, as Angie is allergic and I just don’t care for it.

We will probably try and do a couple dinners out on the town mixed in, Lincoln actually has a pretty legit food scene.

I think we're going to do our own thing because we'll probably go check out downtown a time or two also.

Since almost everyone wants to eat in town , we will all just take care of ourselves, but I will have the grill with me for those that want to use it for lunch or supper.
