Since CCR has SSC cars and Huntsville doesn't, I went back and ran Saturday. I think you CAM folks would have enjoyed the course. JY approved slalom and a bunch of fast offsets. I never grabbed 3rd, but was in the limiter a long time in 2 places. My car was the best it has ever been there.
Kenton took Pro ST by just under a tenth over Pallotta.

I was signed up.. but bailed. 22 CAM cars sounded fun!

Re: 2018 NCAC
It was long day and I absolutely hate how they do their worker check-in change on the fly...
They had 3 heats and did working on the fly. I work 2nd, run 3rd. I check in towards the end of 1st heat and I'm hanging out and they tell me to get on course. When it Rome... So I go out to my station. Work the last few cars, then get cut up by the wind at 45 degrees for 30 minutes as the people that just worked have to get their cars and whatnot. They semi-changed that for next heat, so I'm still on course when my heat is starting and I really had to scramble to get ready to run. I guess that is good practice too, though. It was kind of amusing to see people confused by a 3 heat event versus their standard 4 heat.
...but it was a really good way to end a mostly frustrating year for me. Looking forward to next year.

You should have went to Huntsville Steve, slaloms were 34 paces and a small car still won pro class there.
