July 3rd national event help

Post by jcox07 »

We are looking for help for the july double national event on Wednesday at the waiver table and the Etr trailer for tickets sales. Anyone can help and you don't have to be registered for the event to help. We will give one free local event entry fee for those that help out and if you are registered for the match tour and champ or just the match tour, we will give you 3 free test n tune tickets as well. I know it doesn't sound like much but stepping up to help the club will be a huge deal for our club. So if you can help with the waiver table we are asking for 2 one hour seasons at the table and I will have a big fan there to help with the heat and a portable air conditioner if it is needed as well. Please post up if you can help us out on July 3rd and the time frame you can/could be there for. Thanks and see you all at the next local Bristol event later this month and if you haven't heard, Bristol did a partial repave on the middle section where the pavement was coming up and it is really smooth thru there now with the one little hump closer to the fence area that we don't get that close to anyway. Thanks again JY

Just different times so etr folks can take some test n tune runs as we can switch out so we can get the runs done and then relief someone else if they need to do their runs.

We currently don't have anyone scheduled. We will start selling around 10 and stop around 3.

I plan on getting the tickets started earlier than 10, as of now we only have 6 signed up for the evo advantage and it may end earlier than normal or it may go to the regular time not sure till the day of the test n tune.

I'm not running in the event, but I wouldn't mind coming out and giving a hand. I'd be available for the entirety of that timeframe, so however I fit in best if cool with me!

Cindy and/or I can work the waiver table from 6pm until close. No experience, but I'm sure we could handle it. :)

I’ll help sell tickets in morning hours and will be available to take a time slot in waivers if needed.

Looks like 4-6 is open. If so, please put me down and reply to be sure I know. Thanks! Today's event was fun for me.

If it comes down to it, I do have to work on Wednesday but it wouldn't be until 4pmish. I would be willing to work from 10 till 2pm, if it helps out the team! I would be driving out there just for that so I dont mind working for 4 hours. Or 3 or maybe 5, who knows I can ask my manager what time he thinks I will be scheduled that day
