Where is the van and trailer. Also important. Did we bring it back to Knoxville last weekend. Keys to said trailer is also next on list. Very important to get the transport person in place ASAP! I will also stop and get water and ice for the event and bring a couple gallons of gas for the generators. Safety steward is priority #1

I can be there for sound or whatever. Think I'm still on the van insurance. maybe?? I can't get my ride there thanks to F C A incompetence and still looking for the replacement. Unless someone needs a tire warmer, I'm available to get the event did.

I know Ariel drove it back but not sure where it's at right now.

Dave Disney will be there for for safety. Scott Boito said he could come if needed. I will reach out to Dave Yoder. Any other safety stewards?

We need to be sure we have a Jr Kart SS. I’m just a regular SS and it sounds like we may have more than one Jr kart.

Brian Robbins said he has timing covered and he and Aerial could get the van and trailer there. Looks like we are good to go on chiefs.
Tim, I'm sure Jim and Aerial could use the help with novices.

Cameron is out sick but I think we have enough other SS coming that there won't be an issue.
