Minor Registration Question

I was asked by a 17yr old if they could autocross. They have a drivers license but since they are under 18 I thought they needed to have the
minor waver here filled out and have it at registration check in. Since I haven't worked registration I wanted to verify.

Pretty sure yep. Under 18 requires minor waiver

Minor waiver requires signatures from BOTH parents. If both parents aren't on site, it jas to be notarized.
