anyone did this update yet?

I've not been able to get it to download on my tablet... but my tablet also was a beta test when Moses chisled the 15 commandments on it... so there's that.

Yeah I downloaded it. It installed fine, seemingly. But then I kept getting the "Unfortunately SoloStorm has stopped" error. So I uninstalled completely and reinstalled it and it seems to be ok now. I don't know if it still has retained my old logs, but I don't really look at them more than a week past the event anyway.

It worked a bit easier for me if you deleted the old app, requested a new download on the solostorm site, and reinstall from scratch.

It looks a lot more coherent of an app to me. Log files have to update from the old version, and it didn't really keep the video files intact, so there's that to consider. Not a big deal for me since everything I have is backed up to my computer. Adding them to the analysis page has changed some since the layout changed, but it's fairly intuitive. Still connected to my gps and camera fine, I plan on giving it a good beta test on Saturday.

Yeah, I'm a lot less worried about it right now since I'm car-less and will be co-driving with people for the foreseeable future. Likley buying a new tablet in a couple months and download it fresh on that.

Make sure your OS on your device is at least Android version 5 and up. It will not work on anything older than that.

My Tab 3 says it's running the latest version for it and that's 4.4.2 and will not load. So... don't delete your old SS if that's the case.
He said they can send a new DL link to you if you delete the old version and can't get the new one to load.

I'm getting a hand-me-down Kindle Fire HD from someone for free. I'll try that and see what it is like.
