Looking for a ride for 4/14 event

Post by steverife »

Alright.

I hope to be able to make the event Sunday. I don't think Aaron plans to be at the event and I literally haven't touched the CRX since October. I really don't have the time to deal with the car or go pick it up/drop it off (or frankly, even feel like dealing with it), so I was hoping I could catch a ride in something. I'm willing to throw a few bucks, or possibly offer a co-drive at some point, or whatever.

There's a ride in the Celica if you want it.

Cathers was going to co-drive my M3 but had to cancel so my co-drive is open as well. The Celica's closer to what you usually drive, but let me know if you want to try something very different and closer to that Mustang STX build you're thinking about ;)

Hey Rife, if you take either of these rides, be the #200 driver, it will make things much easier for points and such.

The M3 sounds very interesting. The Metro sounds scary.

The Metro isn't scary until you're trying to drive straight at 100+ mph. Shouldn't be an issue at the autocross.

Seriously Steve, you'd probably like it.

All the pucker factor of JY's car, the speeds of the KIA, and the constant shifting aspect of the S2000. What's not to love?

Gary, you would love to drive the shelby now. It is a totally different car. It turns and hooks up like you would not believe. The new bar in the back has made a huge change in how it drives. We will be going to lots more nationals and I may need a co-driver.
