"Tire" stock class question

Post by keith »

I tried to search for this but had no success.

What are the rules for the stock tire class (TBS) regarding sizes and treadwear?

Thanks,
Keith

Treadwear must be at least 140, but tire sizing is unrestricted.

As limited by stock wheel size in parallel with normal stock class by my understanding.

to condense the answers .... the stock rules still apply ... i.e. OEM diameter and width and offset within 1/4" ( this so aftermarket wheels [lighter] can be used) .. then any tire as long as it's 140 tw or above
