Well I sure hope so. I've really been looking forward to this weekend but the cobra's just no fun in the rain. Guess I'll have to check the radar and make the call in the morning

Thanks all. If you were a student today, do your best to make it out tomorrow. Applying what you learn to a different course while it is fresh on your brain is great training

I agree completely with what Chris said. Since the rain came back in at the end of the last runs, we really didn't get any chance to discuss things afterwards. I wanted to tell the students, please write down things that you learned and refer back to them. Do it tonight, while it is still fresh in your mind.

If you liked what you did today and you are new, please come out to some of the autocross events. There is nothing like seat time to reinforce the things you learned today. Skills that you learn autocrossing can be put into use on the street and help you avoid accidents. That doesn't mean that you should drive on the street like you are autocrossing, though. :D

Additionally, if you liked the school but want to learn even more, I would encourage you to look up Evolution Performance Driving School and check into attending one of their events. They cost more money than our event but they really get more in depth into things than what we did today. They also have several different levels of schools available.

Thanks to everyone that came out, and especially to the instructors and other crew that made the event happen. We couldn't have put this together without you.

Big thanks to Mark P and Lyonel for instructing me today. I definitely improved my times. Thanks to David Black and Lin Raby for running with me. Sheesh! Instead of road rash, I have tree and rock rash. I hate rain, but really did enjoy today, good work and thanks to all that helped put today's school on!
