Tried to get to it today, but haven't been able to yet. I'll try to get it done early next week if I don't get to it this weekend.

check out STX. 100 points for two drivers in that event. i guess it can't do the math on such a small difference.

I'll have to do the math myself to check, but I'll bet it was so close the rounding bumped it up to 100. I think it carries it out to three significant digits.

So whadda we do about that?

I say leave it. It is consistent with the math we use everywhere else.

Do we have an official tie breaker?

Well we went to this points system so that a tie couldn't be possible. I would still be pretty inconceivable that there would be a tie in points after 7 events.

Probably no need to do anything. BUT, if we wanted to, we could just say that the slower time, when not calculable, is always .01 less than the faster time. So in this case Joey would get a 99.99

Kind of like in D&D where a 20 always hits and a 1 always misses, despite what would actually happen with the rules.

I'm just impressed you managed to tie D&D into an Autocross discussion.

I'm convinced that growing up with the D&D rules is the only reason that the solo rules somewhat make sense to me.
