Congrats to Laura for her Pro win! We joked that morning about meeting at some point in the challenge, well it happened and I coned.

And yes, that surface is unbelievable. It's really odd watching the high powered cars dig out of the tighter stuff with no wheel spin.

It's the best site I've been to hands down. Size, surface, and town are great. Just make you hotel reservations now.

They do, but the rv has to be down the road about 500 yards away from paddock.

Paddock to grid was about 400 feet and you could drive the excursion over and take tires gear and stuff like that.

Yep, bikes or a pit vehicle are a good idea. Especially if you have to run back to paddock for something while you are running.

I still have that course running through my head. I want more runs! The more I drove it, the more I liked the end of the first slalom leading into the Chicago box.

To give you an idea of the grip that was there, I could come out of the slow turns at the beginning of the course in first gear, plant the gas to the floor, and not spin the tires on the Mustang. Toledo doesn't even come close. I'm thinking there is more grip there than Peru.

Oh, and when you spin through the finish, you go a long way.

Pilsons third run at the end of the slaloms he did a 580 spin thru the finish and fourth run just a 360 and mark thought the car was down on power due to no wheel spin and Strano said yea right down on power and u do a 580 spin at the finish
