This will be held on Sunday July 13th starting at 9AM
Location is at Pellissippi - in Lot 10, which is where we typically have paddock
This event should take a few hours (4-6) to accomplish. The idea of this event is that we're going to get equipment setup, a mock grid setup, mock start/finish, etc. We will setup and teardown just like we would at any event. We will actually register people and go through some runs. We'll talk about waviers and special rules. We'll try to touch on everything. Chiefs will also get a glimpse at what other groups do, so that we can have a small amount of cross training. The more everyone knows, the better we are.
I expect that we'll all learn some new things, and learn the relationships between all the specialties and how one specialty has an impact/effect on another. We'll also probably come up with ideas to make our jobs easier. We should also talk about event day schedule.
I'll be taking the lead on Registration and Timing training for our new chiefs, and Mark, JY, John, Scott, Lin and the rest of the crew will be on hand to work with their specialties.

I understand that not everyone will be able to be there, but please, try as hard as you can to be here. You've got 3 weeks to rearrange your schedule
I'm not a slave driver, so lunch will be provided by ETR.
