With it being dry, perhaps there is some extra space to grid in the grass?

I have already got the groups broke up into 3 run groups with sss being available for all three and 2 car drivers split up in run groups so that we have some in each group. Run group 1 has 24 cars and 25 drivers run group 2 has 25 cars and 29 drivers and run group 3 has 23 cars and 28 drivers. If we need to make adjustments it can be done fairly quickly. 82 total as of this post.

Yep I went back and adjusted it to 85 and we may grow to where we need 4 run groups if we have some walk ups or more b4 registration closes.

With 85 +, should we really offer walk ups for this event?

Don't forget about me! Only if it's possible. I know how much of a pain setting up run groups can be w/special requests. If it throws off the groups, don't worry about it.
Can I make a request that Open Class A-Street run with Pro Class on both days? My dad and I will be sharing the Solstice at this event. He typically runs with my mom so I don't get a chance to coach him up during runs.
Having a tire warmer isn't the worst thing either...

I would hate to come up and try to get in and get turned away, it might make me not want to come back, but I also see your point as well.

I think we really do have a hard stop each day at 5. That's my concern.

Yes we do have to be off site at 5 or 6 not sure which but we may have to truly only do 3 runs per run group.

I emailed Yoder and he said it's not a problem. Let's cut it off at 100. It's just us running, no police challenge, etc.
