That's 3.5 hours for you. It's more like 4-5 hours for me. zMax on Saturday is closer for me and I don't think I'll do both. With any luck, I'll have my new goodies installed by then.

If I can get tires on before the event date going to give it a try. I see some peeps from CRSCCA going 110 entries as of today. Anyone from ETR going?

Tires expected the 22nd ....23rd and 24th to find someone to mount and balance. Thinking of leaving Saturday 26th... checked still have a few rooms left right near the Museum rather then make this a one day trip. I'll need to see when the tires get here before I register online or just pay $40 on site.

Take em to discount tire in Farragut. They will mount and balance for $50. Tell them that you're an SCCA member and one of the guys there said he'd give us theat price. Not bad. It's convenient.

My experience with them from a month ago:

dismount 4 tires from 17" rotas - $40
mount these 4 tires to Enkei's - $40
balance Enkei's - $44
new valve stems - $8

Total with tax : $144

the price was salty, but my biggest problem were the marks left on all the Rotas on the painted vertical lip. I didn't see it till I got home and sold the wheels afterwards, so no point in going back to argue.

EAG on Sherway mounted my last set - $90 and no issues

Kristo, don't ever take the price they give you.

They gave me that crap, I said no, they asked why.

I said that was a stupid price and I could get it done for $45, just didn't want to drive across town.

They said bring em and they'd do it for $50 cuz they needed the business.

$144 is the soccer mom/bro stang price.

Things are looking better just got notice my tires arrived in Knoxville today will be on the truck for Monday not Wednesday. This will give me plenty of time to get them M&B the second thing is the long range weather forecast for Bowling Green looks like a beautiful weekend 0 chance of rain. Now the only thing is a getting a room. Looks like I'm the only one going from ETR? Leaving Saturday early afternoon registration and Tech from 4 to 6PM course open at 6PM for walking. Since this is my first event away from ETR or CHAT any thing I should know attending one of these? 111 cars registered so far 7 days left. Just wondering why no one from ETR signed up? It's the first event? new course? No Pro class?

I'll be there spectating. Our corvette club is running an event next spring and they asked me to go with them to see how things are done and the size of the place and so on.
