I designed the course, I'm a first timer. Got some compliments, some complaints... John, it's probably good that you didn't come. I don't think I could take the abuse. :)

The great thing about autocross though - everyone has to run the same thing! Some video should go up today.

Just poking - the spread in pro was fairly tight, so I guess it wasn't too turrible so far as that goes.

I thought it was the best course yet on that lot and so did the few people I talked to. Nice flow and speeds. If that was your first ever course, you definitely have a knack for it.

Oh and the grip was phenomenal compared to Adesa

I tried to re-use areas that were scrubbed up for the painful bits (turnaround) but ran over some fresh stuff to work on knocking the edges and dust off of it. I think it will be a great venue, we just need moar attendance to keep it viable.

I'm glad you guys enjoyed it! I was so worried it would suck its not even funny.

I enjoy the jetport for a change of pace. I liked the course design....the dust was flying as usual. Great practice for me on driving slaloms. The only thing was about a 2 hour wait for a private jet to get towed from the hangar...fueled and wait for passengers to arrive to board. Other then that a beautiful day at an autocross event lots of runs not that many people showed.

The jet delay shouldn't be a typical occurrence. He does let us use the front of his hangar as the paddock and as such we need to accommodate. We still left at a decent time.
