JY, I had multiple people this weekend that were looking for official confirmation that we were not using the bumpy section that we used the last 2 years.

Why do we want to grid there?
Lets just NOT use it for course. I like grid where its always at.. its closer to all the information and sound.
Am I missing something?

No JB, it will all depend on where we can start and finish at, as we can't run the entire access road around the back to use the turn in to the chute. Don't know why it wouldn't be the best place to grid and yep the place we have gridded before is very good also. Depends on where the course starts and stops.

Yep you do but timing and van placement also have to come into play.

Speaking of which.. The Timing display needs to be placed where everyone can see it. If the driver has to drive a few seconds to see his time,Id be fine with that.. Other drivers are just as interested in quickly knowing what his competitors are running.. We will try to do that at Bristol.

I want to start promoting this event ASAP in other regions around the area. Question ...still presented by Pilot? Are we using this same LOGO this year? If not I need the new one. Right now the schedule is still being put together I know it's only mid April. However, this is a big 2 day event at a major location...so needs to be promoted early and often. Can I get some idea when the schedule will be posted? I can get started with just general information for now.....thanks

Paul, you will need to get in touch with Dave Yoder for any information you need to that end. I will send you his email address. I have some questions for him too.
