Unique circumstances

In December, I had a baby with my estranged wife. The way the custody schedule has ended up falling, I have him on every sunday of every event through the rest of the year. Im bringing him to the event in September. I have a friend who intends to come who I would trust to watch him for the 4 minutes it takes to make a run, but not for the 2 hours of track work that comes with participating. I know a lot of the people who run the events are on the boards, are there any options for us or are we just going to be spectators?
