Bristol Match Tour Worker Volunteers

Post by Gen52SS »

You all know by now ETR will be the hosting region for the National Match Tour at Bristol in May 2016. At the banquet Jeff wanted to get the word out that WE ETR peeps need to fill all the course worker assignments for the final run offs on Sunday Afternoon. I know it's very early but we are looking for people to volunteer to stay or return on Sunday to help out. All those who volunteer to work will get ONE FREE (regular event) for your time. I will bump this thread from time to time as needed. This our regions National event and we want to put on a good show and make it a special weekend.

Timing will not be done by etr except during the test n tune. We will need probably about 20-25 workers for the shootout on sunday evening.

I probably won't run the event, but depending on health situation, would be happy to volunteer for something ... no running, and I have never worked corner captain for a national event ... there's probably some standard verbal communication bits that I wouldn't have down ... but traffic directing, audit (maybe, again I'm sure that they need things done the way THEY want it) ... but if y'all can find something I can do make me in

I can do station captain or anything else that doesn't involve running. I live about 20 miles away, so staying for Sunday PM is not a problem for me.

I can do Friday and Sunday. I hope to be running but if I do I won't make it to the shootout.

I don't know if I'll be able to run the match tour event but would have no problem shagging cones on Sunday for the shootout. I'm local so it's no big deal for me.
