Are You an Older Competitor?

Post by Gen52SS »

Just a thought that caught my attention ...this year a non-championship Masters Class will be offered for drivers 62 and over at ProSolo in 2016. These drivers will run with their traditional class and will be scored by the index for their class toward a Masters Ranking at each event. We have a Solo Committee scheduled for this Sunday January 24th. I’m going to propose this idea to the committee. Any interest in this? How many here in the forum would support ETR doing something like this for our senior competitors? The purpose of this class all about adding a little more fun to our events for our "over the hill gang" :D rather than hardcore competition. Good idea / Bad idea your input please

Since it is "non-championship", does a geezer still also score in their base class? If so, can AxWare handle this? If not, I will not run in the geezer class although I am well beyond 62.
