If we are working the event, but not racing do we still have to pay the $10 fee?

Based on our last meeting I figure that non competition volunteers are allowed for free.

I've asked the rally committee to mind the forums here so perhaps we will know more soon.

Richard can quote me on this so im assuming volunteers are free. But again im not 100 percent certain on this. New to the forum so im doing my best to try and keep everyone up to date on the event info.

I am working on a spread sheet for Rally-X................I say if you volunteer, we should just discount you, or apply it to another event if needed........

We need a volunteer for timing and there is no gate fee for volunteers. But we dont need volunteers for coarse working because when we break up into two running groups those who are not driving MUST work. So you cant show up at the gate and say I am volunteering and not pay. If you would like to volunteer please post up.
