RallyX #4 5/25 workers

Post by TedV »

Since the 4th event is coming up and we will be sharing the site with a lot more off road folks, lets use this here forum for some info.

Cheif of event: Me

Safety: Richard L. is overlooking me doing my final training day for RSS, who eles? Adam?

Course: We discussed the possibility of sectioning a space for us to paddock outside the fence so we have more room for course in the corner lot. Waiting for details

Timing: ?? it was discussed last Tuesday but I've slept since then.

Van/Trailer: ??? We hopefully will have a small shed to store the rally cones there for events but until after the National we still will be running the timming out of the trailer. I hope Sean doesn't make the shed TOO big in case we ever have to move it.

what else am I missing?

I am now an official Safety Steward, and will be SS and Chief of workers

PS Shed is a sled, I'm sure we can move it.

I'll be there bright and early Saturday morning, scheduled wedding setups all day Friday so I can finally make it. What have we decided to do about crowd control since we may be looking at a pretty large crowd

Someone will also need to hook up with William Davis and get change for this event.

We will most likely continue the spectator area at the top of the hill near the tree line it worked last time and gives a full course view

Well, no one piped up, so I have gotten some change and I'll get the rig there tomorrow. You guys will need to figure something out for events July-December, because I don't plan on coming to the RallyCrosses after that.

Tomorrow, I want to do some real-world timing training for two of you
