This will be a big meeting with some good news on a possible big venue that we may run 3-4 events at next year, so if you can attend please do so, but post up so we know how many will be coming. Thanks JY

Mark is correct, I think permission for this subforum is limited to solo comm and officers , which is intentional.

These should be posted in general. I can move it.

So if I understand the sub-fourms correctly ETRSCCA Business & Announcements and Solo II Committee are both limited to who can view them?

Can I make a suggestion the sub-forum Board Meeting Minutes should be open to all to read the minutes and right now is pretty much worthless. Can we change it to Monthly Meeting / Minutes? ......Monthly Meeting Schedule & Minutes? or some version of this?

No, business & minutes forum can be VIEWED by anyone, but can only be posted in by certain folks.

Agreed on the meeting minutes. We made that a couple of years ago because the minutes are supposed to be posted there but that never happened consistently
