Yes, they have a banquet room or they will give us the dinning room and use the banquet room for the other peeps eating there....

If we don't cap attendance, it likely will not be private. I favor capping.

I understand why we capped the banquet last year due to size of room to 80. We sold out of those 80 seats somewhere mid December and people were put on a wait list, hoping for someone to cancel to buy their spot. I had quite a long wait list and many were turned away. I don't understand the logic behind capping a banquet that we have been told if your party is 75 or less we will put you in the banquet room. If your party is more we will put you in the main dinning room (separated from our customers) they will put the walk in customers in the banquet room or in the 2 dinning areas upstairs. IMO the banquet room is small and I counted 70 seats not 75 it will be elbow to elbow if we have 75 or less. Let's keep it open see how it goes. I told them I would keep them posted weeks in advance as to how many to expect on Jan 14th. They said a week notice should be fine. I told them I'd make sure they have the numbers well in advance. Also he put us in the banquet book as possible 100+

I miss-understood the layout. As long as the noise we hear is ours, we can hear our speakers, and we are not ruining other's night.

Can anyone pick me up in the old KMart lot next to the Road House Steak joint @ K pike and Morrel by the Mall and drop me off after? I hate driving on that road when dark.

Bob you can reserve your seat on MSR you will need to pay the $10 fee or you can mail me $10. I'll be at meeting Tuesday if that works. If all else fails I'll lay the $10 you can pay me back at the banquet.

So I had already bought tickets for the banquets and really wanted to come......but I have a conflict now and will not be able to attend. If someone want's my two tickets.....let me know.

UPDATE....as of 1/3/2017 we have 81 seats reserved for the banquet. Last day is Friday January 6th to reserve a seat. I need to get the total to Ye Ole Steakhouse by Saturday the 7th. Due to the numbers It looks like we will be in the main dinning room.
