veloce after banquet

Post by jcox07 »

We can rent the entire veloce Karting for 780.00 an hour. They say 10 people can run for about 3-4 minutes is the normal time , if we run 7 - 9 minutes and get 7 run groups for the hour and 30 people could get 2-3 runs. Who all would be interested in this?

Count me in.

I'm not afraid of showing everyone how slow I am.

That means pretty much no drinking at the banquet.... Just saying. Cost is going to be a significant factor on if we're in or not.

I'm in for karting, but do not plan to attend the banquet.

That said, I'm not sure I want to ride on one of those torture racks for 7-9 minutes. The normal 6-lap race beats the hell out of me, I think 10 laps would be about my limit.

If we get 20 people to go, it would be 40.00 dollars each for an hour and probably 5-7 runs each and maybe more depending on how fast the turn around is. That is a lot cheaper than 45.00 dollars for 3 runs.

Probably out. Once you have your license, you can get 3 races for $34.xx on Weds or Thurs. I'd rather just keep doing that and just go get a few beers somewhere after the banquet.

You can have a beer or 4 and still go as long as you don't stumble into veloce and smell like a brewery I think you would be ok.
