Strut compression tool

Post by oldmuscle69 »

Any one have access to a wall mount strut compression fixture. I need to get a few changed out, the cold wet weather has me on end (sliding and no grip) The DD has over 300 K and could use some help. Would like to help out my daughters car also.Thanks.

I don't have one but I know Beaman Imports and LNS both do.

Not really sure of the peter you speak of I just want some struts changed out and need them compressed a tad to make replacement a bit better.

I just go to advance and rent the toll and when you take it back they refund you the money and it comes out as no charge. Not sure what you have on the fronts that the part houses have that won't work.

I do the same thing and never really had a problem until I got to the Spyder. Using the rent a tool to compress those springs makes me want to burn the car to the ground.
