Anyone in Maryville or Knox have a metal bandsaw that I could use to cut a few 4" pieces off a 4" x 1/2" thick strip of aluminum flat bar stock?
I'm looking for a nice clean cut or I'd just stick it in the chop saw or plasma cutter.

Keisler or Coatney would be my guess.

Re: Metal bandsaw
My lil harbor fright saw would probably cut it but not sure how pretty and how many times the blade would need to be put back on..
Try Coatney. I havent heard if Keisler has his shop back together.

I've got a portaband with a vertical stand you can use. It only has a 5" throat so you may need to cut from two directions if you cant get it on the first run. Just changed the blade in it so it's sharp and easy to use.

I appreciate it everyone. I actually found a good price on Amazon on some pieces that were already cut to the size I needed.
Now I just need to find someone that can TIG aluminum next Weds or Thurs. It'll be a quick job, just need a few inches of weld in a few spots to hold the 1/2" x 4" plates together.

That I cannot do. I had all my aluminum IC pipe welded by Volenteer Radiator off Middlebrook. You may could try euro 129 or that rotary shop out near you.
