+1 to live timing.

I could care less about the announcer, although we've had some good ones in the past.

I noticed that. If we can grow in the Tri-Cities area we will be doing very well.

Chris had posted this awhile back and we approved it I believe are we still doing this for tri-cities? I'm not doing it.

Hi guys, insomnia thoughts here.

I'd suggest we budget a modest amount for some FB ads for our BMS events ($100 per event). We can set some geo-targeting for NE Tennessee or any other areas as you see fit, and target a few other parameters (by interest, group, etc).

It might help. FB will give us analytics for each promo so we can monitor effectiveness. It might be tough to monitor actual conversions for specific events, but I'll have to experiment with it.

Right now, we can just start with the first one and see how it goes. Note: I don't think we should do ads for the National event unless we can get reimbursed by National.

We should definitely pay for some boosting on the promo of the June 25 event. That's time on the surface a week before the double......the most glorious test and tune imaginable.

Remember the requirement that we run this through the SCCA office.

I've volunteered numerous times to be announcer. Only once did the equipment work.
The competitors might not care about it, but the people that came to watch like it. I always heard complaints that no one can hear what someone ran.
I announced often back home, mainly because I always had good stories about a car out a driver out there and kept the show frikm just "car 134stx ran a 45.1"
My attendance is spotty at vest this year. So I'm not volunteering. Needs to be someone that is there enough to know the cars, the people and as the season goes on, knows how the points are shaping up to give some gravity tip the struggles of getting that win that day.
But that's just me
