Harper Cars and Coffee

Post by MARKP »

Updated post:

Looks like we will have a good group attending this based on feedback. We will meet at 6:45 at Texas Roadhouse next to Westown Mall and plan to roll in together no later than 7 in order for us to all park together. If we can get the van and trailer cleaned up in time, we will have it there. If not, look for familiar cars. I'm planning on bringing my Ford Focus (it's stickered up) and I will probably also have my blue Ford Maverick there. I will have a poster and a bunch of flyers for us to hand out.

I'll probably go as well and I emailed the national office and asked for them to send some packet info on starting to autocross and if I get anything from them we will bring it out with us to give away.

We used to have some small business cards with the website and such on it. I'm not sure if we have used them all or not. I took a good stash of them and have pretty much passed them all out.

I'm going, but I'm probably going to church as well, so not looking to "show".

I'd like to have some of these. Most of my customers are car enthusiasts and I tell a lot of them about it.

I will see if I can find someone thst can get some made up by this weekend with our schedule. I'm pretty sure the ones in the trailer are out of date. Jeff, can you check them tonight?

They should have QR codes on them to get folks to our website for the schedule. I think we did it that way in case there were changes we wouldn't have to reprint. We should make sure the links still work though.

Bumping this back up. I will have a poster and handout flyers for the event. It would be great to have a big group show up!
