Thinking about trying my hand at solo; haven't the slightest idea what to expect, but it looks like fun.

Would drive my '06 BMW Z4M Roadster... a vert is legal, correct? I thought maybe to check out an event first before driving one; what do you all think?

Good to meet you all.

Hi there. The convertible is fine. No issues.

You're welcome to watch or ride along first. That's what I did. But in hindsight, I should have just driven instead of watching.

Thank you.

I was thinking about catching the Smokies event for sure. Probably will drive it; that will be enough time to get letters done and all.

Novice B street it is

Painters tape us usually the go to if getting magnets isn't feasible in the time you have before the event. There are also some local people that cut magnets for letters/numbers as well. They probably have a better turnaround time than the internet since you don't usually have to deal with shipping and whatnot.
