+1 on a square setup. I ran 275/35/18 with 18x10.5s squared on my STU 350Z and it was pretty well balanced. Didn't have proper on throttle rotation until I installed an OSG LSD. Occasional push on entry with hotchkiss front & rear bars set at full soft each. Granted, my car was under-sprung and not properly damped.
I think the 370z will be the car to have in STU now. More power than the 350, similar dimensions, and close in weight. If you ever want co-driver I'd definitely give the 370z a go
