Hydraulic Brake Line Flaring Tool

Does anyone have one of those fancy handheld brake flaring tools I could borrow to make one double 45d flare in a 3/16" SS line?
I have two of the standard (cheap) clamp type tools and they're both crap even on copper. They're even worse on SS and I'm running out of tries

Dave I have that tool but not sure about 3/16 SS and a question for you ..you are welcome to borrow it ..is there any ETR member going to the SEDiv convention:awards banquet in early feb... I am unable to attend and I need someone to pick up my road race award plaque
