Ambulance help

Anyone got a free 10 minutes this evening to come by Lins house and help me try and jump the starter to see if the starter is working? Thanks if you can

Done banged on it while key is on didn't help and changed out starter relay and didn't help. Got a buyer but can't get it to turn over.

I haven't checked that I will bring the volt meter and meet you there at 6 if you can be there
