Forum & TapaTalk Upgrade

I just upgraded the forum software to the latest version as well as the TapaTalk plugin. Please let me know if you see any issues.
Also, it looks like the latest version of the TapaTalk plugin won't let me disable ads anymore (only in the TapaTalk app... shouldn't see any from a browser). I can't say that I'm surprised as its been free for ages. If we want rid of those, the club will need to pay $5 a month. Options are: deal with the ads in TapaTalk, pay $5 a month, or drop TapaTalk.
