Tennessee Valley Racing Enterprise

Post by disneyd »

I received this e-mail through the forum admin form. Anyone have any info? (I know it isn't us)
Hello. I'm Angie Nilson (Sharp). My grandfather was Frank Sharp and his
son, my father, was Wilbur Shaw Sharp.
I have several Capital Stock Shares of my fathers from the Tennessee Valley
Racing Enterprise, INC. Issued Nov. 11th 1941.
I'm not sure if your company is the right one to ask this but I was just
wondering what the history of these stocks are? I'm not looking
for any money from them, just would like to know the history of my family
in the race business. I remember a little but
not much. I do remember that my grandfather (Frank) built the race engines
for the Indy driver Wilbur Shaw (thats where my father
got his name) and my father would help him.
If someone could email me back just to let me know any info or if I'm
talking to the right company or not I
appreciate it very much.
Thank you for your time,
Angie Nilson
