Ill be there around 630 to set up. 1 more person there at that time will be enuff till 830 or so. Registration of names will start at that time. So, Dave you prolly need to be there then.

Did we do any sort of online registration for this event? How many participants are we expecting?
If we are registering people as they walk up, what do we need to capture? Just a name and car number?

Id refer to who ever did timing and reg last time. (I cant remember) but, its very laid back. Id say name and car number is ok.
I think 20 maybe total are pre reg. Always when the car show come watch... they sign up. so, if I remember... we actually may add during the event.
btw, I think is over at 2pm
