In South Carolina:

Never heard of it, the Eastern States Rally Championship [ESRC], or "Rally Promotions, LLC at 10406 Lovell Center Dr. Knoxville".
Could someone please explain to me the relationship between SCCA and NASA?
Sandblast Rally
The two are related only in that they are under the same ASN. NASA is a competitor / parallel entity to SCCA. Like SCCA, they sanction a variety of events, rally is only one kind.
Rally Promotions is the people that have been putting on Cherokee Trails for the last four years.
The Sandblast rally has been sanctioned by the SCCA in the past, this go around it is sanctioned by NASA.
The ESRC is a series of about 7 rally events on the east coast.

SCCA and NASA member (as long as it's a dirt road, I don't worry about which four letters are on the side of the car )

It's pretty awesome. All the power of a WRX, only it has it all at idle too. Huge flat torque curve that's super for rallying.
I'll be at Sandblast, come and check it out.
