Question about Membership

So I got my license in the mail today and on the one card under my name it says NONE APPLIED FOR over and over again. What in the world does that mean? Did I not fill something our right or something?

That notation refers to whether you asked for a crew or other specialty license in road racing. Doesnt really apply to the autoX program, however, I usually advise folk to check the box on renewal because you never know when you might want to attend a race to help another racer and the crew designation just helps the registration process.
