I wonder if that tire is STX legal? :? Am sure Adam would not mind me running that tire. :P

No, it is an R compound tire. Comparable to AS03 or Kumho V700

Wonder if the older 03 series tires will be on sale now?

Holy crap! Have you read the review listed on this tire?  This guy must be nuts! Who complains about balance on an autocross tire? Who cares about how hard it is to install on the wheel except the guy installing it (or Scott and Stuart). The 7.2 out of 10 I can somewhat understand because they ask you about wet traction and such.

(sarcasm)
Ooh, a whole bunch of size options as well!

All I can do is hope it will drive down the price of 3's in 225/50-14's...

HEY, them things look familiar

I guess the guy missed the part about it being a competition tire and not for highway use. He had to drive them on the street for only one event and 30 miles on the tire. If not, I want to run some autocross courses like that!! Hhmmm average of 6 runs would make it a 5 mile course… HECK YEAH!! A lot of people don’t bother to balance autocross tires cause you don’t go that fast for that long to notice.
They aren’t hard for us to mount, already done hundreds of em, but we don’t use the same machine as Scot and Stuart.

No news of a reduced price on any of the S03’s yet
