Today was a great day up at the dragon. Almost zero traffic and no cops, me and my dad got like 3 pretty much uninterupted runs before we had to wait for someone to pull off and let us by.

was almost like road racing...sept no margin for error....and the constant fear of oncoming traffic...and everytime you got goin a lil too fast I got nervous, backed off, and flashed my lights didnt wana make ya wreck. It does look like a fun car now though, looks chase-worthy when ya go by.lcoleman wrote:"or follow 3 feet off my bumper"

I got to drive the G35 which was pretty cool, but man you can really feel the weight of that car on a road like that. Then again I am used to a car with an 89in. wheel base and weighs 2300lbs.

Me: "Want to go to the dragon with everyone tomorrow?"
Eric: "Heck no. I have no desire to go up there."
Me: "I'm going. I want to burn the rest of my tires off. It should be fun."
Eric: "Your tires are too bald. It's not safe or smart to be driving around up there on those tires."
Me: "But my tires will be good and warm by the time I get up there."
Eric: "............"
Me: "I can take the vette!"
Eric: *Glowering*
Me: *Pouting*

If it makes you feel better, I non-replied/skipped for a similar reason. Did I want to, yes. Did I have time to go, yes. Did I need to go with a bald set of rears which I do not know the age or repair history of and one remaining leaky valve cover gasket...um, no.BjoynerUTK wrote:Me: "Want to go to the dragon with everyone tomorrow?"

So, VC gasket is in-hand and tires are in the mail. Glad y'all had fun and kept the shiny sides up.
