Well, I got my first win last night. Laguna Seca. I somehow was qualified on the pole and never lost the lead. I was more nervous there than I was at a national autocross, lol.

you should see how nervous you are starting your first actual road race in a car you can't afford to crash. You will never be nervous at an autocross after that.

even more nervous is having John Browns car sideways at Rd Atl comming out from under the bridge haulin azzzz when the dip was still there. Yeah, I bought him some tires before I purchased a wrecked race car.

Just aim at the second/third garage door in the maintenance garage on the next ridge and squeeze the throttle and turn in. A matter of trust.

They've fixed the Star Mazda a lil bit Ted, slides are more recoverable. car is a little more predictable on the limit too, more fun overall.

and the Aussie V8's are fun too once you get the hang of em, I think its in Aussie/American blood to be good at wrestling heavy, shitty-handling cars around

Thats awesome Chris! The Solstice wins will come more easier and the other D+ class cars and hard to win. Still have not won one in road or oval I don't think. Won a big car race once but it was a fun week 13 race, I like the new Solstice update. They are fun to drive again. And for the first time the Corvette is a lot of fun!
