Elizabethton Event June 5 & 6

We have very few people signed up for this event.

If you plan to go, please register on-line now. If we don't get significantly more people registered we will be forced to cancel the event.

We are short on experienced workers for key positions. As it stands now it would be very hard to run the event.

12 hours of jet lag plus the cost. Mostly the cost.

I know of two drivers that will be there but will not be signing up on line. They are novice.

ETR needs to know by Monday at latest if you are planning to come for the event. We are in a catch 22 situation here and while we dont want to cancel this event, the logistics and expenses of the event dictate that we cannot take the chance of having such a low turnout that not only does ETR look bad and lose credibility but also the event turns out to be an economic bust. Please register if you plan to come so that we can make an informed decision.

just a reminder, I can do any of the the work assignments including registration and timing if needed. Also, I don't mind doing multiple assigments... not sure how to hook everything up though.

I love the concept, but I can't commit a whole weekend + a motel room just for kicks. If I were pursuing a class championship, I'd be in.

ok.. heres the deal.

Looks like Sat will be dropped for sure. Sunday will be a one day event as a normal type/style format.. ONLY! I repeat..ONLY if we get enough to justify the event.
That number being probably around 60 Im thinking. If you know of someone coming.. have them pre register,or it is not gonna happen.

lots of issues surround this venue..so lets get it together because by this pm Ill make the final decision to be...or not to be.
