Last weekend, a few of us took some time to organize the cones and stuff that are inside the trailer and van. It is awesome now. Everything is easily accessable and easy to find. We also removed a lot of items that we no longer use.
For anyone that helps with setup and teardown, I ask that you please note where the items came from and put them back where they go when we pack up at the end of the day.
I have a couple of plastic boxes i need to buy to get everything out of cardboard, but after that, it will be as good as it can get.

What are some of the items no longer used?

Little things like a folder with pre-printed numbers, paper for our old printer, empty cardboard boxes, printed results from 2004. So, in other words just trash.

Take photos of where stuff goes. Post 'em in the trailer. Make it easy for anyone to load stuff up.

Yes. Please! I'd volunteer to do it if I could find time this week.
It seems like the people that take stuff out of the trailer are never the same people putting stuff in the trailer.
