I saw this yesterday, it is a very good read....I like how he uses motorcycle brakes to save weight :rockon:

I don't know about the calipers but the rotors are...and they are drilled all to shit on top of that! You don't need brakes in a miata anyways right? even if it does have 180hp :lol:

I had to read that a few times to make sure of what I was reading. Apparently a national prep CSP miata
doesn't really need much stopping power. Even with 180 rwhp and 160lb. ft. of torque.

You don't need brakes in a Miata.

I'm not entirely sure how accurate that article is....

The gist of it is that there is a ridiculous level of attention to detail --- all to drive around in a parking lot for a few seconds.
