? for computer people

Post by thewelder »

I am thinking of getting a website to help get some sponsirships. They are a lot of hosting sites out there and I don't know much about them. Does anyone on here know anything about them. Thanks Chad

http://www.aplus.net

RAGS, the local miata club, has used them for many years and they've been great. I haven't had any hosting problems and the prices are fairly competitive too.

If you don't know how to create the website I would go with http://www.squarespace.com/ That will give you the tools to create your site easily and provides the hosting for not much money.

I have sites hosted on powerweb and godaddy ... both seem to be fine.

If you're not doing anything crazy, just use godaddy for hosting....they have good support...I deal with em all the time.

I've used 1and1.com for about 6 years now. I host 5 personal domains with them and have transfered my offices's 2 domains over on a separate account. I've tried GoDaddy, and NetworkSolutions in the past and both have been more expensive and slower than 1and1.

Here's my referral link if you decide to go with them:
