Key Worker and Volunteers signup - Solo in the Park

I am the event chair but will need a lot of help from everyone for this event as there will be a lot going on. Please checkin as I'd like to know that everything is covered.

Saturday Aug 6th Setup at 4PM

Below are the primary needs. This will count as your work assignment, but this list is not all inclusive so there may be some other things we ask you to do.

Course Setup

I can sweep and chalk on Sat and if you need me to work course or help out with something on Sun, I can, just not timing.

I will be in Atlanta for the National Street Tire Challenge Sat. and as soon as I can leave,Ill be there. Ill be in touch with Harp. What time should the trailer be there??

I think I will have to take the trailer to the site Saturday, I don't see how you guys can get there by 4.
