[edit]If anyone remembers, where did I DNF on my 3rd run (as I'm just now looking at the results)? I didn't hear the call over the radio at the event, and I honestly can't think of where I would have done that. Makes no difference in Pro results, but I'm just curious. [/edit]

Agreed great event!

As for your DNF... we had quite a few DNF's due to sound... that's a possibility but I don't recall what the case was with you.

Ah, true. I did get called on run 3 IIRC. I think grid said "warning", but the number was over, so there you go.

While it was CLEARLY Corvette/Miata course , it was fun and fast. The last couple of courses have really been the best on that lot yet, IMO.

And +1 on seeing people who haven't been out in a while.

Great event! Great Job Gebbia! It was great seeing everyone, feel like it had been forever! I of course oh a massive thanks to Robert Carpenter!!! I felt a lot better on my last run! There is still a lot of rust but I think it was mainly trying to figure out the Plastic Fantastic/Silver Bullet! What a amazing car! Never have driven a Corvette or really and high horsepower car except for Jim Barker's SC Elise and it was awesome! Had a great time! Great seeing everyone!

Great job on the course, Shawn. I had a lot of fun with it.

Maybe it's just me but I thought the event went off very well. I saw a lot of people stepping up and getting things done. I even saw corner workers running to get cones!!! Great job!

I only have one comment. We nearly had an incident due to cars getting too close together. Red flags were out but drivers tend to not look at worker stations. You have to get out close to the course with the red flag waving to get the driver's attention in most cases or you won't be seen. Thanks for the effort in trying to make things as safe as possible.
