Glad to see my car is quieter than I thought 95.7db should be quiet enough to run just about anywhere :)

Yeah, did you notice in my vid how the starter instantly turns, walks away, and puts his fingers in his ears as he gives JY the green flag...?

After the 113db runs, I am in favor of a 105db limit for any event.

I already have the hush mufflers back on 12 sm, just wanted to see how loud it was with the roush exhaust. Sorry if it was a bit too loud. Jeff

Yeah! I passed this time. A muffler really helps.

I was hoping to get a reading since I was in group 3, but I don't think I'm anywhere close to 96.5 after hearing the car from the outside. Would most of you guys agree?

Car didn't stand out, but it kinda did have that jet sound that turbo cars sometimes have... and those sometimes read higher than you expect. I'd still guess 90 or less...

I'd be fine with that. I can probably make a chambered exhaust work in under 100 db.

Mark, you didn't mean raising the 96 dB limit for Pellissippi did you? Your post was ambiguous.

Threshold of pain seems to be somewhere between 103.6 and 108.2.

Not as bad as the last sound limitless nationals. I'll never forget the 123 db BMW breaking and everyone breaking into applause, high fiving each other, etc.
